Krishna College of Agriculture and Technology(KRISAT) has been set with a mission to meet the growing demand for Agro-based food production globally across India and the world using the latest technology in food production.
With the increased demand for well-trained farm scientists to translate the latest technologies into reality in sustainable food, feed, fibre and fuel (biomass) production, we are prominent in budding smart agriculture professionals to meet the current and future food demands.
With India opening its gate to WTO’s GATT and the Prime Minister’s Mission to enhance “Make in India” or the Reserve Bank Governor’s “Make for India” focus, there is an immense opportunity for local marketing within the country as well as export of value-added agricultural products to different countries of the world. For sustainable processing and value addition of farm produce, a number of new agro processing industries have to be developed in rural areas and this requires additional trained agricultural technologist and Agri-business experts.
Thus, Krishna College of Agriculture and Technology(KRISAT) aims at creating agricultural graduates with latest technology and inputs to create Green Revolution all over.

Chandrasekar hails from an Agricultural background and his sheer practise in subsistence farming. He has completed his Masters and also established Hi-tech Horticulture in 1991 which deals with landscaping and arboriculture works. His visionary guidance and unparallel dedication to work committed has made him service hard to leap high over the last two decades.
He was honored “The Best Landscaping Award” from Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2001. In innate leadership skills and enterprising mind resulted in the birth of Hi-tech Infrastructure in 2001, which deals with the design, construction and maintenance of civil structures and buildings. He is more dedicated in guiding young professionals with the urge to teaching them the best of agricultural technologies.
Santhanalakshmi is known for her intellect in mastering the art of construction in any landscape. This skill has highly facilitated to meet all requirements for college infrastructure.
Seenivasan takes care of managing the finances and accounts of various companies. His dedication to his CA profession has always made him grow further to achieve his dreams with dedication.
Shri K Venkatasamy has vast experience in agricultural farming and crop growing techniques. He has extensive knowledge in the field of agriculture and is considered an expert in the cultivation of sugar cane, bananas, cotton, rice, cereals and pulses. He is always ready to share his knowledge on cultivation.
Sudha has good business acumen and successfully manages the paper industry and manufacturing and sale of crackers at Sivakasi.
